This is a compreheive 3D design of a hydraulically actuated globe-type deluge valve, developed for fixed fire protection applicatio in accordance with international standards such as NFPA 15/16 and UL/FM guidelines. The valve features a diaphragm-operated mechanism that controls opening and closing. Upon activation of the solenoid valve, the pressure behind the diaphragm is rapidly vented, allowing the valve to fully open within approximately 1.5 to 5 seconds, depending on system trim line includes a pressure regulator that maintai a cotant outlet pressure regardless of inlet fluctuatio—euring stable and reliable discharge. Additional trim components include a manual emergency release valve, strainer, isolation ball valves, pressure gauge, and a float-actuated auxiliary valve for level-based control. This design is optimized for rapid respoe, system stability, and ease of maintenance in demanding fire suppression environments such as storage tanks, aircraft hanga, and industrial process ed using: Catia V5 R21File format: STEPUnits: millimeteKey features:Realistic design based on standard industrial specificatiouitable for use in system layouts, simulation, and educational purposesFully assembled model with clearly defined parts for better undetandingFeel free to download, ipect, or integrate into your own design projects.
